如何用简写跟外国医生交流?

(1) 一般复发:He feels headache, nausea and vomiting. (他说道发作、舒服和想吐。)He is under the weather. (他不安静，病倒了。)He began to feel unusually tired. (他感觉到反常的憔悴。)He feels light-headed. (他说道头晕。)She has been shut-in for a few days. (她病倒在家几天了。)Her head is pounding. (她发作。)His symptoms include loss of appetite, weight loss, excessive fatigue, fever and chills. (他的副作用包另有从未食欲、嗜睡、并不憔悴、发作和发冷。)He feels exhausted or fatigued most of the time. (他大部份时间都说道并不憔悴。)He has been lacking in energy for some time. (他感觉到孱弱有段时间了。)He feels drowsy, dizzy and nauseated. (他知悉常常睡觉时，并不口渴和变得憔悴。)It is a chest pain that gets worse when he bends over or lies down. (他双手或拉到时，腰部更满身。)He has noticed excessive sweating and unexplained tireness.
